Current Position:

I started teaching at Carver early learning center in 2014-15 school year when the school opened. It was also my first year with Enid Public schools. I love teaching pre-school because the students are so much fun. I started working with young children when I opened an in home daycare. That experience led me to pursue my degree in early childhood education. After I moved back to Oklahoma I managed a public daycare center, then I moved to a teaching position for an early head start program in the Guthrie, Oklahoma area.  Again moving to the Enid area, I taught pre-school at Cherokee Ok for 4 years.

Family Information:

My husband and i got married in 2009. I have 4 children and he has 6, so we have a very large family.  We still have two children living at home. My daughter just graduated high school and our son is a senior in high school. We live on a farm and have a lot of animals dogs, cats, chickens, cattle and even goats.

Personal Information:

When I am not teaching, I love to make quilts. I have made several quilts for my grand child, and I am working on one right now for my son. I also enjoy to make crafts and paint pictures.
